Notes from the seller at 1415 Old CC Rd. Colville Wa. 99114;The well is shared by 1407, 1411 and 1415 Old CC Rd. The well is located on 1415's driveway. Everything controlling the well is located in 1415, including the turn off valves for 1407 and 1411. A new well pump and control box were installed in the summer of 2021. Everyone paid a third. Can't remember what the well pumps; I think it was 9 gallons per minute when I moved in, but 12 gallons per minute when I had the pump replaced. Fuel Reduction: I had a cost-share with the DNR in 2015. The small diameter trees surrounding the house were heavily thinned. Additionally, Vaagen (to the south) and Arden Tree Farms (to the west) logged, so the overall wildfire risk surrounding this house should be greatly reduced.
